A one-minute mental math warm-up: from simple problems to parentheses.
Also known as: true or false math problems, check the math problem, find the mistake in a math problem, quick math checking game
You see a problem with a ready answer, for example 7 + 5 = 13. Press “True” or “False” before the time for the answer runs out. A round lasts one minute, and you can play 10 minutes a day without signing up.

Checking an answer is faster than solving the problem, but only if you calculate confidently. The wrong answers here look real: off by one or by ten, with swapped digits, with a mixed-up sign, or worked out ignoring the parentheses. You can’t tell just by looking.
The time for each problem gets shorter with every correct answer, so by the end of the minute you have to calculate faster. Once you sign up, your account shows your score, correct answers, mistakes and top level.
Addition, subtraction, multiplication and division facts.
The time per answer shrinks with every correct answer.
The mistake can be in a single digit or in the sign.
Parentheses first, then multiplication and division.
Press “Start”. A problem with an answer appears, for example 7 + 5 = 13.
Press “True” if the answer is right or “False” if it isn’t. On a computer the ← and → keys work too.
The bar under the problem shows how much time you have left to answer. If you run out, the problem disappears and no points are taken.
Three correct answers in a row take you up a level: addition and subtraction up to 20, then up to 100, multiplication and division facts, then problems with parentheses.
A correct answer earns as many points as your current level, and a mistake takes the same amount away. Two mistakes in a row lower the level.
Check math problems against the clock. Without sign-up you get 10 minutes of play a day.
True or False
A problem with an answer appears on the screen. Decide whether it’s right before time runs out. The wrong answers look convincing, and the time to answer keeps shrinking.

This is a checking task, not a solving one: you quickly compare your own calculation with a given answer. Wrong answers are built from typical mental math mistakes: the next number over, an error of ten, swapped digits, a mixed-up sign, forgotten parentheses. Right and wrong problems come up equally often.
If you’d rather calculate than check, try “Quick Math”. “Greater or Less” has you compare the values of expressions, and “Balance” offers equality puzzles.
A one-minute mental math warm-up: from simple problems to parentheses.
Suitable from age 6: for kids there’s only addition and subtraction up to 100, and more time to answer.
The time to answer is generous at first, and skipping a problem costs no points.
Answer 4 questions and we’ll put together a daily program of 5 trainers. We’ll email you the full 2-week plan.
Question 1 of 4
The problem counts as skipped: no points are taken, but your streak of correct answers resets, and we show the right answer.
So you can’t score by tapping at random: random taps average out to zero.
In about half of the problems. Answers are chosen at random, so you can’t predict them from earlier problems.
