Terms of Use

1. General provisions
These terms govern the relationship between the owner of the website smart-brains.ru, taxpayer ID (INN) 166017443612 (self-employed, a payer of the professional income tax) (the “administration”), and any person who uses the website smart-brains.ru and the Telegram bot @SmartBrainsTrainerBot (the “user” and the “service”).
By using the service, including playing the trainers without signing up, the user agrees to these terms. If the user does not agree with them, they must stop using the service.
2. The service
The service is a set of online trainers in game form for practicing memory, attention, mental math, logic, speech, spatial thinking and speed reading, together with a personal account with game history and progress.
The exercises train skills in game form and are not a medical, psychological or educational service. The service does not diagnose and does not replace a visit to a doctor or specialist.
3. Sign-up and account
To save results, the user signs up with an email address and password or signs in through Telegram. The user undertakes to provide a valid email address and not to share their sign-in details with third parties.
The user is responsible for all actions taken in their account. If the user suspects that someone else has access, they can change the password and sign out on all other devices in the profile settings.
If the service is used by a child, the account is registered and supervised by the child’s legal representative.
4. Free and paid access
Some features of the service are available for free. The scope of free access and the prices of paid plans are given in the “Pricing” section on the home page. Payment and refunds are governed by the public offer.
5. What is prohibited
The user may not: try to gain access to other people’s accounts and data; disrupt the service, including by automated requests, password guessing or inflating results; copy or distribute materials of the service (texts, exercises, program code, design) without the administration’s consent; use the service for purposes that contradict the laws of the Russian Federation.
If these rules are broken, the administration may restrict the user’s access to the service or delete their account.
6. Intellectual property
The texts, exercises, program code, design and other materials of the service belong to the administration or are used by it on legal grounds. The user is granted the right to use the service only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. The administration makes efforts to keep it running smoothly but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions, errors and technical failures and is not responsible for the results the user expected from the practice.
The administration is not liable for losses caused by the actions of third parties, failures of communication lines and of the user’s equipment, or by the user sharing their sign-in details with other people.
8. Personal data
Users’ personal data is processed in accordance with the personal data processing policy and on the basis of the consent to the processing of personal data.
9. Deleting the account
The user can delete the account at any time in the profile settings. All results and game history are deleted together with the account.
10. Changes to the terms and contacts
The administration may change these terms. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page. The current version is always available at smart-brains.ru/en/user-agreement.
