Consent to Personal Data Processing

By signing up on the website smart-brains.ru, leaving my email address in the program picker or signing in to the service through the Telegram bot @SmartBrainsTrainerBot, and by ticking the consent box in the form, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give the owner of the website smart-brains.ru, taxpayer ID (INN) 166017443612 (self-employed, a payer of the professional income tax) (the “operator”), my consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

1. What data

Email address; name (if I have provided it); Telegram account data — ID, name and username (when signing in through Telegram); age group and daily practice goal; answers given in the program picker; the result of a test taken on the website that I requested to my email address; results and history of games in the trainers; technical data — IP address, browser and device information, cookies.

2. Purposes of processing

Signing up and signing in to the personal account; providing access to the trainers and saving results; choosing the daily workout by age; sending service emails and Telegram messages (password recovery, practice reminders — these can be turned off); sending the selected practice program and the result of a completed test to my email address and, with my separate consent, informational and promotional emails (I can opt out via the “Unsubscribe” link in an email or by writing to the operator); performing the agreement when a plan is paid for; protecting the service from abuse.

3. Actions with the data

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction — using automated means. Transfer to third parties — only to the extent necessary for the service to work (the hosting provider, messaging and payment services) and in cases provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation.

4. Term and withdrawal of consent

The consent is valid until the account is deleted or until it is withdrawn. I can withdraw the consent by deleting the account in the profile settings or by sending the operator a request to info@smart-brains.ru. After withdrawal, the operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days, unless otherwise required by law.
