Delete your Smart Brains account and data

How to delete your account
- In the app: open the “Profile” tab, tap “Delete account and data” and confirm (an account with an email will ask for the password). The account is deleted immediately.
- On the website: sign in to your account, open “Profile” and click “Delete account.”
- By email: if you can’t access the app or the website, write to info@smart-brains.ru from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We’ll delete your data within 30 days.
What data is deleted
- account: email address, password hash, name, age group, training goal;
- all training results and statistics;
- access keys of all devices linked to the account;
- answers to the program quiz and the linked email address.
What may be kept
Technical server logs (IP address and request time) are kept for a limited time for security only and are then deleted automatically. Data that the law requires us to keep longer is retained for the period set by law.
